		<description>This is absolutely true.  There is nothing you can do if he is receiving mail or has clothing at your place, or worse, is on the lease.  The only way I got my (ex) boyfriend out of my place was to call the police and tell them he was suicidal after he said he would kill himself after being on a three day drug binge.  While he was in the hospital I got a restraining order but this was after doing this Baker Act thing several times within a years time.  There is no one to protect you and your only recourse is to move out.  I had already packed everything up and looked for another apartment when this opportunity came about.  I know it sounds cold hearted but I had supported him for three years while he spent his disability check on drugs ... endangering my life too!  Towards the end he was stealing my jewelry and pawning it while I was at work ... a nightmare</description>
